About the Role
StakeSeat is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to lead the design, integration, and optimization of AI systems within our modular gaming infrastructure. This role is critical to helping us develop intelligent matchmaking, trustless gameplay monitoring, anti-cheat systems, and personalized player experiences across poker, fantasy sports, chess, and other game formats.
You'll work directly with the protocol design team to develop scalable, on-chain + off-chain AI services that enhance fairness, integrity, and competitiveness across privately-run game rooms and DAOs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design AI infrastructure and architecture patterns for community-led game platforms
- Integrate on-chain data streams with AI/ML tools for player behavior analysis, pattern detection, and fraud mitigation
Prototype and deploy tools such as:
- Matchmaking engines with skill-based pairing algorithms
- Anti-collusion monitors that detect suspicious patterns while preserving player privacy
- Skill-based rating systems that adapt to different game formats and player behaviors
- In-game coaching or assistive agents (opt-in) that help players improve their skills
- Partner with protocol devs to embed AI agents into seat ownership and staking logic
- Advise on AI safety, governance, and modularity in game-layer tooling
Requirements
- Proven experience deploying AI/ML pipelines in production environments
- Familiarity with game theory, multi-agent systems, or Web3 game design
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and real-time inference tools
- Experience working with blockchain data (e.g. The Graph, Dune, custom indexers)
- Passion for fair play, modularity, and decentralized gaming systems

About the Role
We are hiring a Data Solutions Architect to help define, organize, and scale the data infrastructure behind StakeSeat's core systems. You'll lead the design of our analytics and reporting stack across live card rooms, fantasy tournaments, and staking activity.
This role is key to ensuring that operators, DAOs, and seat owners can transparently track performance, earnings, and behavior patterns through privacy-respecting, composable tooling.
Key Responsibilities
Architect data models to track gameplay activity, staking flows, and reward distributions
Design schemas that capture the complex relationships between seats, players, stakes, and revenue flows while maintaining data integrity and query performance
Build and maintain dashboards for internal and client-facing insights
Create intuitive visualizations that help stakeholders understand complex gaming metrics, revenue patterns, and player behaviors
Design APIs and data access layers for operators and investors
Develop secure, performant interfaces that allow different stakeholders to access relevant data while maintaining appropriate access controls
Implement privacy-preserving analytics and anti-fraud monitoring
Balance the need for transparency with player privacy, designing systems that can detect suspicious patterns without compromising sensitive information
Collaborate on protocol-side events + telemetry hooks for EVM-based smart contracts
Work with blockchain engineers to ensure on-chain events are structured for optimal indexing and analysis, bridging the gap between on-chain and off-chain data
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in data architecture, analytics engineering, or data platform development
- Fluency in SQL, GraphQL, and modern ETL/data stack tools (e.g. dbt, Airflow, Supabase, Snowflake, Dune, etc)
- Web3-native mindset with experience reading smart contract logs and structuring indexed data
- Ability to turn abstract metrics into crisp reporting tools and dashboards
- Strong understanding of privacy standards in decentralized environments
